Introducing the New Batch Posting Feature in PostMyParty!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new feature that will take your Facebook social selling management to the next level: Batch Posting!

With Batch Posting, you can now effortlessly share offers, deals, or any other posts across multiple groups with just a few clicks. This new feature is designed to save you time, increase efficiency, and help you maintain consistency across your social selling efforts.

What is the Batch Post Feature?

The Batch Post feature allows you to select multiple posts from your PostMyParty post library and schedule them to be posted in one or more groups at specific intervals. Here's a quick breakdown and a video tutorial of how it works:

  1. Select Posts and Groups:
    • Choose the posts you want to share from your post library.
    • Click on the "Batch Post" button.
    • Specify the groups where you want these posts to appear.The Batch Post feature is ideal for situations where you have individual posts to share across multiple groups. Instead of scheduling them one by one, you can use this feature to streamline the process.
  2. Set Time Zone and Schedule:
    • Choose your time zone to ensure posts go out at the correct local time.
    • Set a start date and start time for your posts.
    • Define the interval between posts (e.g., every 5 minutes).Once you've selected your posts and groups, you can set the time zone, start date, and start time, which will be the basis for all subsequent posts.
  3. Update Dates and Times:
    • Any changes to the start date, start time, or interval will automatically update the schedule for your posts.Adjusting the start time and intervals allows you to control exactly when each post will go live, providing a visual sense of how posts will roll out.
  4. Specify Facebook Post Interval:
    • Set different intervals for posting in different groups (e.g., every 10 minutes). For instance, if your base time is 7:45 AM, one group can receive the post at 7:45 AM and another group at 7:55 AM.This lets you control the flow of posts to different groups, ensuring your content is spaced out and adheres to best practices.
  5. Replacement Tokens:
    • Use replacement tokens to personalize your posts. These will be applied automatically.
  6. Schedule Your Batch Posts:
    • Once you've set everything up, click "Batch Post".
    • The posts will be queued up to go out to the specified groups at the times you’ve set.
  7. Check Your Queue:
    • Review the "Queue" tab to make sure your posts are correctly spaced out and scheduled as intended.
  8. Refresh Your Extension:
    • To ensure everything is synced, don't forget to refresh your PostMyParty extension after scheduling your batch posts.You can do this by selecting the PostMyParty extension icon and clicking refresh.
