Introducing: The New Template & Party Features That Will Simplify Your Workflow

As online parties become increasingly complex, it's more important than ever for us to provide ways that will simplify the process while getting the best results for your business. Regardless of what your niche is, being able to quickly set up and launch parties, while creating high-quality content that engages your audience is essential. That's why we're excited to announce two new features that make the whole process even easier: 

  1. Schedule new templates into an existing party.

  2. Before, you could only create 31 days’ worth of content on a template. Now, it’s limitless!


Here’s a step-by-step on how you can do it:

SCHEDULE MORE TEMPLATES INTO AN EXISTING PARTY


Step 1: Sign in to PostMyParty
Step 2: Click on the “Parties” tab on the left sidebar
Step 3: Choose the party that you want to add the template to
Step 4: Click on the “Schedule Template” button
Step 5: Select the template and start time
Step 6: Click “Save”

Congrats! You’ve now successfully added a new template to your existing party.


LIMITLESS TEMPLATE CONTENT


Step 1: Sign in to PostMyParty
Step 2: Click on the “Templates” tab on the left sidebar
Step 3: Choose the template that contains the content you want to modify
Step 4: Click on the “Quick Edit” or “Edit” icon next to the post you want to change
Step 5: Change the “Day” to whatever works best for you. Remember, there’s no limit!
Step 6: Click “Save”

Congrats! You now have no limit as to how many days’ worth of content you can add to a template.
