We’ve released three new PostMyParty updates designed to make it easier to stay connected with your guests and leads.

Two of these updates improve Virtual Pop-Ups, and the third is a new automation feature available to PostMyParty Pro users.

Here’s what’s new.

1. Tag and Mention People Inside Virtual Pop-Ups

One of our most requested Virtual Pop-Up features is here.

You can now tag people directly inside your Pop-Up.

Use @mention to get one person’s attention, or use @Everyone when you have something important for the whole group.

When someone is tagged, they can receive:

• A push notification
• An email notification

That can help bring them back into the conversation even if they are not currently looking at the party.

Ways to use tagging

You might tag someone when:

• They asked a question
• You want to show them a product
• You’re announcing a winner
• You have an important reminder
• You want the whole group to see an announcement

Instead of hoping someone happens to see your post, you now have another way to get their attention.

2. Get Instant Notifications When Someone RSVPs

Virtual Pop-Up hosts can now receive email and push notifications whenever someone RSVPs.

That means you no longer have to keep checking the RSVP list.

You can see when new guests join and be ready to welcome them.

3. New for Pro: Landing Page Email Sequences

PostMyParty Pro users now have another way to automate follow-up.

You can connect Email Sequences to your PMP landing pages.

When someone enters their email through a landing page, PostMyParty can automatically send them a series of follow-up emails.

What can you use sequences for?

You could use them to:

• Welcome a new lead
• Introduce yourself
• Share helpful information
• Send reminders
• Stay in touch over several days
• Continue the conversation automatically

Instead of remembering to send every email yourself, you can build the sequence once and let PostMyParty help with the follow-up.

We’re also working on bringing Email Sequences to Party RSVP Forms.

That will make it even easier to automatically stay connected with people who RSVP to your parties.
